Refund Policy

Monthly plan
Cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next renewal. The current month is not refunded once it has started.
Annual plan
Full refund within 14 days of payment if no stay has started. After that and up to 30 days, a prorated refund for unused full months. No refunds after 30 days.
How to cancel
Email hello@nomadbase.ai from the address on your membership. We confirm within two business days.
Removal for cause
If membership ends because of a serious rule violation, unused time may not be refunded.
Processing
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
