Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Don't misuse forms, try to access other people's data, or interfere with the service.
Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. We may accept or decline any application.
Homes and partners
Some homes, including those in Yunnan, are operated by partners such as 大莫旅居. Photos marked “Illustrative” show regional scenery, not the actual homes.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
